General Comments:
Since the release of the Hosta Book by Paul Aden in 1988, the photo
of Embroidery has intrigued and fascinated hosta gurus and collectors alike.
So illusive it was rumored at times not even to exist, this very rare
hosta
is available commercially for the first time.
Each shiny leaf emerges in the spring with a creamy white center and
a
margin of " stitched" or gathered puckering.
The center variegation fades to green in summer. Arching stalks of lavender
flowers in summer.
This is the most expensive hosta we sell. They are very hard to find.
